Customs & Import Duties

All customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and are collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery. Stay Healthy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Packaging & Handling

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names, brand references related to product categories, or other identifying information appears on the exterior of any package.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Lyophilized peptide vials are stable at room temperature during transit. We package peptide products to minimize exposure to heat and moisture. If you are in a location with extreme heat, please contact us before ordering.

Fragile Items

Glass vials and liquid products are carefully packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of breakage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.

Common Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?+

Orders are processed the same business day when placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Will I receive a tracking number?+

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment on the Canada Post website (domestic) or the relevant international carrier's site.

Is my order shipped discreetly?+

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names, company branding referencing product categories, or other identifying information appears on the outside of the package — only sender and recipient details.

Do you offer free shipping?+

We offer complimentary Canada Post Express shipping on qualifying domestic orders. The threshold and any applicable promotions are displayed at checkout. International orders are subject to shipping fees based on destination and package weight.

I live outside Canada — can I order?+

Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Availability depends on local import regulations for our product categories. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know if your order can be accommodated.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?+

My tracking shows no updates — what should I do?+

Occasionally tracking updates are delayed, especially for international shipments moving between countries. If your domestic order has shown no movement for 5+ business days, or your international order for 10+ business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?+

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (domestic) or within 5 business days (international). Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and find a resolution for you.
